Kieron Gaffney began his career in tax with Smith & Williamson in 2011, where he developed a strong foundation in personal and corporate tax advisory. Since then, he has built an impressive track record across top-tier firms, including BDO, and has held senior leadership roles at both EY and KPMG. His broad experience spans private client tax, business structuring, compliance, and international advisory—serving clients ranging from individuals to complex multinational groups.
Kieron became a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) in 2013 and qualified with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2014. Known for his precision, professionalism, and commitment to timely, accurate delivery, Kieron co-founded Gaffney Business Solutions to bring a more personal and proactive approach to modern tax and accounting services.

​Hannah Gaffney brings a decade of international experience in education and organisational leadership, having held senior roles at some of the most prestigious private schools across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Recognised as a Senior Leader in Education, she has developed a reputation for driving academic excellence, fostering innovation, and leading diverse teams in complex international settings.

 

Since October 2022, Hannah has also served as Chief Operating Officer at Hybrid TP Global, where she has overseen the company’s expansion from Prague into both London and Dubai, with responsibility for strategic planning, operational oversight, and cross-border business development.
